1 - Ant./Post. Sternoclavicular Ligament - Posterior ligament prevents excessive posterior motion of clavicle on sternum during scapula protraction. Anterior ligament prevents excessive anterior motion during scapula retraction.
2 - Interclavicular Ligament - Limits clavicular depression.
3 - Conoid portion of Coracoclavicular Ligament - Limits posterior movement of clavicle and rotation of the scapula.
4.Coracoclavicular Bursa - Permits friction-free movement between the coracoclavicular ligament and the clavicle.
5 - Trapezoid portion of Coracoclavicular Ligament - Limits posterior movement of clavicle and rotation of the scapula.
6 - Coracoacromial Ligament - Protects head of the humerus.
